Teach the next generation of multi-engine pilots with precision and confidence
The Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) certificate is your key to advancing as a professional instructor and mastering twin-engine flight instruction. At Highlands Aero, our MEI program is built around real-world instruction techniques using our Piper Apache Geronimo (PA-23-180) — heavily modified, long-range twin equipped with IFR 6-Pack, Garmin GTN 650, and dual COM/NAV.
You’ll gain hands-on experience teaching asymmetric flight, Vmc demos, engine-out maneuvers, and multi-engine aerodynamics — all under the mentorship of experienced, ATP-qualified instructors.
